Bamboo is one of my most aligned sources of inspiration when I have been moving through some of my most challenging times.
It is a reminder of strength, flexibility and growth. This plant has the ability to be incredibly strong and yet bends and is flexible with the movement of a storm and never cracks as do some of the stiffest trees during these times.
