Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on order over $150 within the continental US.

In stock items will ship our of our New Jersey office within 2 business days. Because all jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, some items may require up to a 3-week window for production before it is shipped to you. If you are ordering something as a gift and/or need to ensure it is received by a certain date, please contact us for confirmation prior to placing an order. Special sizes or custom pieces may require an additional week.

 

International Orders

We're happy to ship worldwide! Free shipping offers do not apply outside of the continental US. Customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.

 

Returns

We're positive you'll love your jewelry, but offer a 30 day return policy on most items just in case. All returns of stock items will incur a 10% restocking fee. Custom orders, including custom sizing, are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded. 

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend including insurance on any shipments back to us.

Unfortunately we are not liable for return merchandise that may be lost or damaged in transit and are not able to refund or reimburse for any shipping charges. 

After 30 days we are only able to offer shopping credit to our website.

If you purchased our jewelry from a retail store or a website other than www.jewelrybysloane.com, we are unable to process the return and ask that you please contact that retailer for information on their return policy.

All returns are at the discretion of Jewelry by Sloane. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Unless pre-authorized, any returns that are deemed damaged or used may be rejected.
